Game and access terms (English summary)

This English page is a short, non-binding summary of the Turkish terms draft at eskilab.com/kosullar. It is not a translated contract: the seller identity, regional consumer terms and the official support and refund process have not been verified yet.

Status of this page

Neither the Turkish draft nor this summary replaces a live sales agreement. The legal text still needs review in both languages before any live sale opens; if the versions ever differ, the reviewed Turkish text will take precedence.

What the draft describes

The draft summarises product rules that are already built. The main points are listed below in plain language.

  • The first three experiments are free and replayable for two players, without an account.
  • One sponsor licence covers one active paid room that the sponsor is in.
  • A pending or canceled payment grants no access; the return page alone is not proof of purchase.
  • On a technical disconnect, risk and the clock switch to a safe wait; uninterrupted play on every network is not promised.
