Lab notebook
One night, four shifts
The first three experiments teach you to observe in the same lab, find a balance together and handle an unexpected guest. Night Shift has 12 experiments in total; the first three are the free starter section.
01–03 · Free starter shift
The Unlabeled Order: test four bottles, describe nameless reaction drawings and seal the mix that matches the order stamp at the temperature only the chemist knows, while the pressure drifts on its own. The Blind Manometer: combine the outside sign with the inner reading from the book, and manage heat and lever together. The Unwanted Guest: the capsule from the previous experiment leaves a small foam resident in the lab.
The free shift can be replayed. You need no account or purchase to start. Every new shift asks you to reuse a rule you know with different observations.
04–06 · Continuation shift
False Labels makes you question which physical mark to trust. Reverse Catalyst is a job where the first ingredient changes the next rule. Double Cauldron asks you to use the same tools for two mixes in turn.
In Double Cauldron you do not race between two control panels; you run one cauldron in turns. Talking through the plan and announcing the stage change matters more than clicking fast.
07–09 · Crisis shift
In Old Generator, when the power gauge stops you switch to a readable backup sign. In Living Shelf, a trace from the earlier lab becomes part of the new observation. Unbalanced Order asks you to tell different customer goals apart using similar ingredients.
Accidents do not pile up without limit. There is one active mechanical accident at a time, so the two of you can talk about the same problem.
10–12 · Final shift
In Fleeting Essence, plan around a timer that starts with the first drop. In Missing Customer Note, combine order information split across the two roles. In Closing Experiment, use two systems you learned earlier at the same time.
How long a shift takes depends on your communication, retries and chosen tempo. We do not promise a measured completion time at this point.
One sponsor, two players
In the continuation pack, one verified account sponsors the single active paid room it is in; the partner does not need to buy it too. The sponsor can be either the assistant or the chemist. An account or guest progress alone is not a licence.
Whether purchasing is available is shown by the real service status on the account page. If sales are closed, no access to paid content is promised. You can replay the three free experiments.
